摘　　要：卓越工程师计划是高校与企业联合培养人才的新模式，旨在提高人才培养的质量。校企联合培养人才质量监控机制是卓越工程师计划成功实施的关键。本文将探讨卓越工程师计划中工程岗位实习环节的校企联合培养人才质量监控机制。Outstanding engineer program is a new mode of college-enterprise joint training talents, aiming to improve the refining quality of talents. Quality monitoring mechanism of college-enterprise joint training talents is important to the suc- cessful implement of outstanding engineer program. The quality monitoring mechanism of university-enterprise combined training talents for engineering position practice in the outstanding engineer program will be discussed in this paper.
