摘　　要：由于超临界直流锅炉的温度、压力参数高，同时直流锅炉系统未设计排污系统，如果管道内有异物（焊渣、铁屑、氧化皮、纸屑等）。非常容易爆管，给锅炉安全经济运行带来较大威胁。因此我公司在锅炉安装过程中严格执行防爆管方案，在安装过程中严格控制，在168商业运行中未发生过一次爆管，取得了良好的效果。As the supercritical boiler temperature, high pressure parameters, and boiler systems has not designed sewage system, ifa foreign body within the pipeline （welding slag, iron, oxide, paper, etc.）, it＇s very easy to burst pipes, boiler safety to economic on the operation of a larger threat. So I installed in the boiler tube explosion during the strict implementation of the program, strict control during the installation, in the 168 commercial operation did not occur in a burst pipe, and achieved good results.
