摘　　要：近年来，气候异常，风雪频繁。文章通过了解降雪的特点，结合我国高速铁路的实际情况。分析冰雪灾害对高速铁路组织管理工作带来的损害，从而制定大规模持续冰雪条件下，南部地区高速铁路行车组织对策。During recent years, climatic anomaly, the strong snow is frequent. Through investigating the characteristics of snow disaster）combining with actual situation of high speed railway in our country, and analyzing hazard of high speed rail- way managerial work which was made by snow disaster, it raadc the countermeasures of 1Yain Operation Organization in the condition of snow disaster.
