摘　　要：高校心理健康教育是保障大学生健康成长的必要手段。在大学生心理健康档案建设和管理的过程中,学校应明确心理健康教育的伦理目标,注重心理健康档案评价和管理的正当性;关注学生主体的应然诉求,保护学生的尊严;促进心理教师和管理人员的专业化,增强责任意识。同时,要构建系统的管理机制,注重管理制度化,体现伦理关怀,彰显人文精神。The mental health education in university is the necessary means to ensure the healthy growth of students. In the construction and management of mental health records, the ethical objective of mental health education should be clear and definite and attention should be paid to the legitimacy of the evaluation and the management; thenecessary appeals of student subject should be concerned about and the dignity of students should be protected; the professionalization of psychological teachers and administrators should be promoted and the sense of responsibility should be enhanced. Meanwhile, the systematical management mechanism must be built and emphasis must be laid on the institutionalization of the management, the ethical concern must be reflected and the human spirit must be highlighted.
