高效液相色谱法测定复方苯妥英钠凝胶剂中甲硝唑的含量

摘　　要：目的建立高效液相色谱法测定复方苯妥英钠凝胶剂中甲硝唑含量的方法。方法采用ZORBAX SB-C18色谱柱(250 mm×46 mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇-纯化水(20∶80),流速为0.8 mL/min,检测波长为315 nm;柱温为25℃。结果甲硝唑在10.824-25.256μg/mL浓度范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9990);平均回收率为100.1%(n=9)。结论高效液相色谱法简单,灵敏,重现性好,可用于复方苯妥英钠凝胶剂中甲硝唑的含量测定。Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of metronidazole in Compound phenytoin sodium ge1.Method The HPLC analysis was carried out with a ZORBAX SB-C18 column and using methanol-Purified water（20∶80） as the mobile phase at the flow rate of 0.8 mL/min.The detection wavelength was 315 nm and column temperature was 25℃.Results The linear range of metronidazole was 10.825-25.256 μg/mL.The average recovery was 100.1%（n=9）.Conclusion The method is simple,highly sensitive and reproducible and can be used for the determination of Metronidazole in Compound phenytoin sodium gelata.
