364例产后乳胀不同处理方法的观察对照

摘　　要：目的:探讨及寻求产后乳胀的有效处理方法。方法:选取产后乳胀的产妇364例分两组,观察组200例应用乳腺产后康复治疗仪治疗后再应用热敷及按摩乳房,对照组164例单用热敷及按摩乳房,观察两组产妇在24 h内双侧乳胀的消退情况及泌乳量。结果:两组产妇治疗前、后乳胀程度及泌乳量比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后观察组比对照组乳胀明显缓解,泌乳量明显增多。观察组治疗有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:产后康复治疗仪、热敷及按摩乳腺均对乳胀有一定的治疗效果,但两者联用效果明显,能较快、有效地建立成功的母乳喂养。建议临床上联合应用产后康复治疗仪及热敷、按摩乳腺等方法处理乳胀。Objective：To explore and seek effective treatments for postpartum breast distention.Methods：A total of 364 parturient women with postpartum breast distention were selected and divided into two groups,200 parturient women in observation group were treated with breast hot compress and breast massage after application of postpartum breast rehabilitation therapeutic apparatus,while 164 parturient women in control group were treated with breast hot compress and breast massage,the situations of reduction of breast distention and the amounts of breast milk secretion within 24 hours in the two groups were observed.Results：There was significant difference in the degree of breast distention and the amount of breast milk secretion between the two groups before and after treatment（P0.05）;after treatment,compared with control group,the situation of breast distention in observation group was relieved obviously,and the amount of breast milk secretion increased significantly.The effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：Postpartum breast rehabilitation therapeutic apparatus,breast hot compress,and breast massage have a certain curative effects on postpartum breast distention,but the effect of combined application is more obvious,which can establish successful breastfeeding rapidly and effectively;it is recommended to treat postpartum breast distention by combined application of postpartum breast rehabilitation therapeutic apparatus,breast hot compress,and breast massage in clinic.
