摘　　要：针对工业物料管理系统对于保密安全的要求,为采样的物料设计了一种加密的QR码,并在Android手机系统下实现识别。介绍了对RC4算法的混沌改进及混沌参数的选择,提出了将改进的RC4算法用于QR码加密的方法,实现了物料数据QR码的编码及识别。测试结果表明,该系统能满足实际应用对加密性能和识别速度的要求。According to the privacy and security requirements in industrial management system, the paper designs an encrypted QR code for the sampling material and achieves the recognition on the Android mobile phone. The paper introduces the chaotic improvement of RC4 algorithm and the selection of the chaotic parameters. It puts forward that the improved RC4 algorithm be used for the encrypted QR code algorithm and it achieves the result of QR coding and recognition for the material data. Test results show that it achieves the requirements for the encryption performance and the recognition speed.
