摘  要:针对目前一次调频评价方法不能准确反映一次调频效果的问题,提出了基于机组出力曲线变化特征评价机组一次调频效果的方法。阐述了机组一次调频应具备的特征,并以此为基础给出了评价机组一次调频性能的4个指标;讨论了有效扰动的必备因素,自动发电控制对一次调频效果评价的影响及处理方法等问题。所述方法能够适用于不同容量和负荷特性的电网,在辽宁电网机组一次调频效果评价工作中得到了应用。In view of the incapability of the current evaluation method of primary frequency modulation in accurately reflecting the effect of primary frequency modulation,an evaluation method of primary frequency modulation effect based on the characteristics of unit output power curve variation is proposed.The characteristics the unit primary frequency modulation should have are discussed,and based on this concept,four indices are presented to evaluate the performance of unit primary frequency modulation.Then problems such as the essential factors of the effective disturbance,the impact and treatment method of automation generation control on primary frequency modulation assessment are treated.The proposed method is suitable for power grids with different capacities and different load characteristics,and is applied to the unit primary frequency modulation assessment in Liaoning Power Grid.
