摘  要:利用流场数值模拟软件FLUENT,结合激光测量结果,对液-液旋流器准自由涡进行了数值分析研究。结果表明,描述准自由涡的流型常数n和c不是恒定不变的常数。在不同的轴向位置,n和c都是不同的,n先随z/D的增大而增大,约在z/D=7处达到最大值,而后随z/D的继续增大而减小;c随着z/D的增加而减小。当入口平均速度增大时,n基本保持不变,而c随入口平均速度的增大而增大;当分流比增大时,n和c基本保持不变;当物料黏度增加时,n和c随黏度的增加而减小。Numerical simulation of Rankine vortex in a hydrocyclone for liquid-liquid separation was studied by using numerical simulation software FLUENT based on laser measurement results. It was found that: n and c, the constant describing the flow type of Rankine vortex, were variable, n and c were different at different axial positions, n increased first with the increase in z/D, reached maximum when z/D was 7, and then decreased with the increase in z/D, while c continuously decreased with the increase in z/D; n was almost the same with the increase in the average velocity at the inlet, while c increased with the increase in the average velocity at the inlet; n and c almost remained the same with the increase in the ratio of current distribution; n and c decreased with the increase in material viscosity.
