摘  要:测试了染色生产常用的分散蓝EX-SF、分散黑ECO和分散红玉SE-GFL的上染速率曲线、提升力曲线和色度学参数,分析了以其拼染藏青色时易出现色差且难以修色的原因。采用分散黄SE-RL代替分散黑ECO重新拼色,并采用色相角-时间曲线和ΔC*~(-ΔL*)色度图法评价了两种处方拼色染料的相容性,研究了新配方的pH值稳定性和水洗牢度。结果表明,以分散蓝EX-SF 2.9%(omf)、分散红玉SE-GFL0.3%(omf)和分散黄SE-RL 0.4%(omf)拼染藏青色时,染料具有良好的pH值稳定性,水洗牢度达到4级以上。The dyeing rate curves, build-up curves and chromatic parameters of disperse blue EX-SF, disperse black ECO and disperse rubine SE-GFL are determined. In combination dyeing for navy blue shade with above dyes, reasons for color deviation and difficulties in re-dyeing are analyzed. Disperse yellow SE-RL is selected as a substitute for disperse black ECO in the dyeing recipe. The dye compatibility is evaluated using hue angle-time curves and the △C^#-(-△L^#)colorimetric diagrams, and the stability to pH value of new recipe and washing fastness of the dyeings are studied. The results show that the new dyeing recipe with disperse blue EX-SF 2.9 % (omf), disperse rubine SE-GFL O. 3 % (omf) and disperse yellow SE-RL 0. 4 % (omf) features good stability to pH value, and the navy blue polyester dyeings have good washing fastness of grade 4.
