摘 要:通过接种物驯化,实现了中温条件下(35±1℃)高固体浓度猪粪(TS=15%)厌氧发酵的快速启动,并得到了较高的产气率与产气速率.经过60d厌氧发酵,接种工况的单位VS产气率为320.5~357.3mL.g-1,产甲烷率为237.2~266.2mL.g-1,与未接种的工况相比提高300%以上.使用20%发酵成熟物接种,可在26d的有效发酵时间内完成总产气率的81.30%,有效产气速率为10.76mL.(g.d)-1.其TS,VS与TCOD的降低率分别为40.2%,52.6%和44.9%.增加接种量与延长接种物驯化时间可以缩短有效发酵时间与提高有效产气速率,但对产气率无显著影响.Besides rapid start-up,high biogas yield and biogas production rate were achieved from swine manure anaerobic digestion through inoculum acclimation under total solid(TS) of 15% and mesophilic(35±1℃) conditions.The results showed that after 60d digestion,the volatile solid(VS) based biogas and methane yields were 320.5—357.3mL/g and 237.2—266.2mL/g under acclimated inoculum added conditions,respectively,which were greater than 300% of the control(without inoculation).Under the inoculation with 20% of matured digestion product,cumulative biogas yield could reach 81.30% of the final biogas yield with effective biogas production rate being 10.76mL/(g-VS·d) within 26 d.And TS,VS,and total chemical oxygen demand(TCOD) removal rates were 40.2%,52.6% and 44.9%,respectively.The results indicated that anaerobic digestion duration needed for swine manure could be shortened with improved biogas production rates under high TS content conditions if inoculum dosage and acclimation duration increased.
