摘 要:为了降低激光堆焊层的裂纹敏感性,提高其耐磨性,堆焊过程采用CO2激光器,将Co基合金与VC的混合粉末堆焊到SM400B低碳钢和SUS304不锈钢母材上,使用OM、XRD、EDS、显微硬度计和摩擦磨损试验机对堆焊层的显微组织、硬度和耐磨性进行了研究.结果表明,Co基合金与VC混合粉末堆焊层的显微组织可分为2种类型:亚共晶组织和过共晶组织;堆焊层的耐磨性能和维氏硬度随着VC质量分数的增加而增加;相同堆焊条件下,SUS304母材的裂纹敏感性比SM400B母材的裂纹敏感性低.In order to reduce the crack sensitivity of laser overlaid layer and enhance its wear resistance,a CO2 laser was used in the process of overlaying the mixed Co-based alloy and VC powder on both mild and stainless steel substrates.The microstructure,hardness and wear resistance of the overlaid layer were investigated with OM,XRD,EDS,microhardness tester as well as friction and wear tester.The results show that the microstructures of the overlaid layer of mixed Co-based alloy and VC powder can be divided into two types,namely hypoeutectic and hypereutectic microstructures.The wear resistance and Vickers hardness of the overlaid layer increase with increasing the mass fraction of VC.Under the same overlaying condition,the crack sensitivity of SUS304 stainless steel substrate is lower than that of SM400B mild steel substrate.
