摘 要:增强采集数据本身压缩品质是提高压缩比的又一关键途径,为此提出了一种电网数据压缩品质评测方案,研究了同步与非同步采样方式、典型数据转换格式、数据中白噪声和相位噪声幅值等因素对压缩品质的影响规律和权重对比,给出了提高电网数据压缩品质的方法和建议,并通过实测数据进行了验证,为电力系统采集装置和数据处理优化提供了指导,有效保障了电网数据大比率压缩的实现。With the rapid development of power grids and construction of smart grids, mass data hinders data transmission, storage and retrieval, so it is a key approach to improve the compression ratio by advancing compression quality of acquisitioned data itself. For this purpose, a scheme to evaluate the compression quality of acquisitioned power system data is proposed; the influencing law of such factors as synchronous and non-synchronous sampling, typical data conversion formats, amplitudes of white noise and phase noise in acquisitioned data on compression quality as well as weight comparison of these influencing factors are researched; the method and suggestion on improving compression quality of power system data are given and verified by measured data. Results of this research are available for reference to power system data acquisition and optimization of data processing to ensure the implementation of higher compression ratio of power system data.
