摘 要:针对以往火电厂效率分析中只考虑可量化指标这一问题,首次引入不可量化指标,提出了数据包络分析(dataenvelopment analysis,DEA)和云模型相结合的模糊综合评价方法。利用DEA分析可量化指标得到相对效率,利用云模型对不可量化的指标进行处理,将定性问题定量化,克服了数据包络分析对数据依赖性高而无法处理评价单元中含有不可量化指标问题的缺点,最终实现对火电厂总效率的综合评价。实例分析中通过对比验证了所提方法的正确性和适用性。In allusion to the problem that in past efficient analysis of fossil-fuel generating plants only quantifiable indices are taken into account, in this paper the unquantifiable indices are introduced in for the first time and a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, in which the data envelopment analysis (DEA) is combined with the cloud model, is proposed. By means of analyzing quantifiable indices by DEA the relative efficiency is obtained and the cloud model is used to process unquantifiable indices to make the qualitative problem quantized, thus the shortcoming of DEA that due to its strong dependence on data DEA cannot process the evaluated unit which contains unquantifiable indices is overcome, therefore, finally the comprehensive evaluation of total efficiency of fossil-fuel generating plants can be evaluated. The correctness and usability of the proposed method are verified by the comparion in case study.
