摘　　要：介绍了以ArcGIS10为平台的南京市城市房屋征收与补偿信息系统的特点、设计原则、主要功能模块。综合房产、国土、卫星图片以及规划红线等各方面的数据,设定了征收范围确定、征收与补偿测算、数据统计分析等主要功能,初步实现了房屋征收拆迁工作的科学化、信息化和动态管理。This paper introduces the characteristic, principle of design, major function module of the urban housing expropriation and compensation information system of Nanjing, which is based on ArcGIS10. The information system combines the data of real estate surveying and mapping,land surveying and mapping, satellite images and planning red line,set up major function such as the defining of the housing expropriation, calculation of compensation, and statistical analysis to basically realize the scientific and dynamic management of housing expropriation and resettlement.
