猪尾探针应用下泪小管断裂吻合术围术期的护理干预及效果

摘　　要：目的探讨下泪小管断裂吻合术中应用猪尾探针寻找断端并加以吻合的围术期理想的临床护理方法。方法 50例(50眼)下泪小管断裂患者随机分成对照组和观察组各25例,均采用猪尾探针法手术治疗,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用规范化专科护理和针对性护理干预。对两组患者进行临床疗效及护理满意度比较。结果观察组的治愈率、有效率、护理满意度明显高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义,P﹤0.05。结论用猪尾探针行下泪小管断裂吻合术,围术期采用规范化专科护理和护理干预能够有效的提高手术成功率及患者满意度。OBJECTIVE To evaluate the outcome and benefits of pigtail probe-based surgical repair in combination with perioperative psychological and nursing interventions in the management of patients with canalicular lacerations.METHODS Fifty patients with canalicular lacerations were randomized into a study group（n = 25）and a control group（n = 25）.The lacerations were repaired by the pigtail probe method in all patients.Following the repair,patients in the study group were subject to standardized nursing care and specific psychological and nursing interventions whereas those in the control group received regular nursing care.The healing rate,treatment efficacy and the degree of patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.RESULTS The healing rate,treatment efficacy and the degree of patient satisfaction were all higher in the study group than in the control group（P﹤0.05）.CONCLUSION Pigtail probe-based canalicular laceration anastomosis in combination with standardized psychological and nursing interventions in the perioperative period may result in better outcomes and a higher degree of patients＇ satisfaction.
