摘  要:针对许多矿区存在的小窑破坏区对煤炭资源开采的严重影响,结合井工二矿特厚煤层综放工作面过小窑采空区具体条件,提出采用瑞米充填材料注浆充填小窑破坏区,这可使具有流动性的浆液自行流入松散煤堆和冒落矸石中,凝固后的充填体能有效地与煤堆和冒矸胶结,具有一定的完整性。建立力学模型,理论分析计算充填形成的再生顶板的厚度下限,计算结果的可行性在工程实践得到验证。结果表明,注浆充填复采技术是处理小窑破坏区的一种先进方法,能最大限度回收小窑破坏区遗留的煤炭资源,是符合绿色开采方向的成果。According to the failure zone in a mini coal mine existed in many mining areas seriously affected to the mining of the coal resources,in combination with the certain conditions for the fully mechanized top coal caving mining face in an ultra thick seam passing through a goaf in a mini coal mine in No.2 Underground Mine,a Ruimi backfill material was applied to the grouting and backfill of the failure zone in the mini mine,thus the flowing grout could automatically flow into the bulk coal pile and the fallen coal rejects,the backfill material after consolidated would be effectively bound with coal pile and fallen coal rejects with a certain integrality.A mechanics model was established.A low limit of the regenerated roof thickness formed with the backfill material was theoretically analyzed and calculated and feasibility of the calculated results was verified by the project practices.The results showed that the secondary mining technology with the grouting and backfill would be an advanced method to treat the failure zone in the mini coal mine,could maximally recover the coal resources left in the failure zone of the mini coal mine and could be a achievements in the green mining orientation.
