摘  要:按照现行有关《电站压力式除氧器安全技术规定》、《火力发电厂焊接技术规程》、《锅炉除氧器技术条件》等行业标准,对低碳钢和Q345R钢材料需进行焊后消除应力热处理的规定厚度,具有不同表述。反映了我国目前在电站除氧器的热处理标准上仍无很清晰的界限,这给制造企业带来很大困惑。为了更好地推动我国锅炉和压力容器方面的技术进步,提高电站除氧器设计制造水平,提出了对相关标准进行统一规范和修订完善的建议。There are different expression on the specified post welded heat treatment thickness of mild steel and Q345R steel in accordance with the domestic current deaerator standards of power station, such as "Technical & Safe Regulations for Pressurized Deaerator in Power Plant". "The Codes of Welding Technology for Power Plant", "Specifications for Boiler & Deaerator" etc.. It means that there is no clear limit on deaerator heat treatment standard in china which brings us perplexed. To promote progress of science and technology of boiler and pressure vessel, enhancing the design and manufacturing levels of deaerator, a suggestion of timely performance to unify and revise a standard has been put forward in the paper.
