摘　　要：去甲斑蝥素(Norcantharidin,NCTD)具有综合性抗肿瘤作用机制,它可以通过调控细胞周期,抑制DNA复制来抑制肿瘤细胞增殖;激活线粒体途径,调整促凋亡和抗凋亡基因及蛋白的比例诱导肿瘤细胞发生凋亡;还能影响细胞的黏附和运动能力,减少胞外基质降解从而抑制肿瘤细胞的侵袭和转移;通过减小促血管生成因子和抗血管生成因子的比例,影响内皮细胞的功能来抑制肿瘤血管的生成;并能影响肿瘤细胞多种信号转导通路,这几个方面共同作用达到抗肿瘤效果。The anticancer mechanism of norcantharidin is complicated, which can regulate the cell cycle and inhibit the replication of DNA to inhibit proliferation, active the mitochondrial pathway to induce apoptosis of tumor cells, also affect cell adhesion and movement and reduce the degradation of extracellular matrix to inhibit tumor cell invasion and metastasis, reduce the ratio of angiogenesis and antiangiogenic factors and affect the function of endothelial cells to inhibit tumor angiogenesis.
