摘　　要：现在痛经已是妇科常见病症,给广大的妇女带来了很大的痛苦和不便,病情严重了还可以引发不孕症。导师洪家铁教授从事临床三十余载,有着丰富的临床经验。对痛经的治疗有一定的独到见解,洪师认为大多数痛经患者多由气血瘀阻胞宫而来,古语有云":不通则痛",临床应该以活血化瘀通经为主,主张以"以通为用"为治疗原则,临床取得很大的疗效。Dysmenorrhea is a common gynecological diseases, to the majority of the women which can bring great pain and discomfort and serious illness can also be caused by infertility. Mentor professor HONG Jiatie, engaged in clinic for more than thirty years, has the rich clinical experience. On the treatment of dysmenorrhea with some unique insights, Professor HONG argued that the majority of patients with dysmenorrhea are caused by blood stasis of uterus and as the saying goes no pain when promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, he advocated to pass through as a principle of treatment in clinic which can make great effect.
