摘　　要：月经过少在女性的任何生理阶段均常见,文章主要介绍孟安琪教授治疗育龄妇女月经过少的经验。孟师认为本病病本在肾,以虚为本,气滞、血瘀、痰湿为标。在治疗上按照月经周期肾阴阳、气血的变化,将月经分为经期、经后期、经前期,并根据各期的阴阳消长特点遣方用药。Scanty menstruation is common of any physiological stage women, this article mainly introduces Professor MENG An-qi＇s experience about fertile women oligomenorrhea. Doctor MENG believes that this disease radically etiology locates in kidney, Qi deficiency is the root, the branch includes Qi stagnation, blood stasis and phlegm-dampness. According to menstrual cycle changes of kidney yin and yang as well as Qi and blood, it is divided into menstrual period, premenstrual and postmenstruation and depending on the phase dynamics of yin and yang, treatment and drugs were determined.
