摘　　要：肛肠疾病术后疼痛极其常见,被视为"天下第一痛",直接影响到手术质量和术后恢复期患者的生活质量。局部疼痛的及时解决,对术后换药、术后创口处理、术后紧张等都有积极作用。通过对引起肛肠病术后疼痛的病因病机阐述,对目前中医针灸疗法在肛肠病术后疼痛的临床应用进行列举和比较。Postoperative pain is an extremely common coloproctological disease, it is considered as the ＂world pain＂ and directly affects the quality of operation and quality of life of patients with postoperative recovery. The timely resolution of local pain has a positive effect for postoperative medication, postoperative wound treatment and postoperative intense. Through the descriptions of pathogenesis of postoperative pain, this article listed and compared clinical applications of Chinese acupuncture on coloproetological postoperative pain.
