摘 要:使用转矩流变仪并结合数学模型方法,研究了小分子醇对聚乳酸(PLA)热稳定性的影响,计算了体系的黏度、流动活化能和降解速率常数。结果表明:醇会促进PLA的降解,添加量越大,对PLA热稳定性的影响越大;在相同添加量下,碳链短的醇比碳链长的醇更能促进PLA的降解,单官能度的醇比双官能度的醇更能促进PLA的降解;相对于羧酸,醇对PLA热稳定性的影响较小。Thermal stability of polylactic acid (PLA) in the presence of alcohols as small molecular additives was studied by torque-rheometer combined with a mathematics model. The viscosities, activation energies and degradation rate constants were calculated. The results showed that the alcohols accelerated the degradability of PLA. Increasing the addition amount of alcohols made the thermal stability of PLA poorer. Under the same addition amount,the short carbon chain alcohols enhanced the degradability of PLA more seriously than the long carbon chain alcohols,as well as the alcohols with single functionality did than those with double functionality. Comparing with carboxylic acids, the alcohols exhibited less influence on the thermal stability of PLA.
