油酸季戊四醇单酯在钙/锌复合热稳定剂中的应用

摘　　要：以油酸季戊四醇单酯为辅助稳定剂,利用转矩流变仪、白度颜色测试仪评价其在钙/锌复合热稳定剂中对PVC热稳定作用,并通过耐水抽出等方法对比其与季戊四醇在耐水抽出性方面的优劣。研究结果表明:油酸季戊四醇单酯与硬脂酸钙/硬脂酸锌质量比为2∶7时,PVC的动态热稳定时间为900 s,在15 min加工时间下的蓝光白度为53.86%。油酸季戊四醇单酯在水中的抽出率明显低于季戊四醇。Pentaerythritol monooleate was developed as a novel PVC thermal stabilizer. The effect of the pentaerythritol monooleate and calcium/zinc thermal stabilizer system on processability and thermal stability of PVC was researched by torque rheometer,whiteness mete and water-extraction resistance experiment. The results showed that the composite thermal stabilizers had the best comprehensive properties when the ratio of pentaerythritol monooleate to calcium stearate/zine stearate （by weight） was 2：7 ,the dynamic thermal stabilizing time was 900 s,blue whiteness was 53.86 % when the processing time was 15 min. Pentaerythritol monooleate precipitated much less than pentaerythritol in water when used in PVC.
