摘　　要：研制出适用于全电动注塑机的大功率伺服电机及驱动、短行程大负载滚珠丝杠和控制系统等核心功能部件,并成功开发出精密级的全电动注塑机。所研制的全电动注塑机的关键性能参数经测试表明:注射终止位置重复精度达到0.02 mm、锁模力重复精度达到0.136%、制品质量重复精度达到0.08%,完全满足精密注塑成型机的要求。The high-power servo motors and its drivers,the small stroke and heavy-load ball screws,and the control system for all-electric injection molding machines are developed, and the precise all-electric injection molding machines also been developed. The all-electric injection molding machines whose repeatability precisions of injection location, clamping force and products weight are 0.02 mm,0. 136 % and 0.08 % ,meet the requirements of precise injection molding machines totally.
