摘　　要：本文旨在探讨邓小平社会主义市场经济理论同马克思主义经济理论的关系，邓小平社会主义市场经济理论的形成。认为邓小平社会主义市场经济理论是对马克思主义和毛泽东思想经济理论的创造性发展，具有重要的理论意义、实践意义和深远的历史意义。This article discusses the relations between Deng Xiaoping's economic theory on socialist market and Marxist economic theory, and the emergence and perfection of Deng Xiaoping's economic theory on socialist market. It concludes that Deng Xiaoping's economic theory on socialist market is a further contribution to Marxist and Mao Zedong's economic theories, and is of great theoretical, practical and historic significance.
