摘　　要：基于DEA分析方法，建立区域科技资源配置绩效对比评价模型，并以湖北省市州科技资源配置为例进行实证研究，结果表明，科研机构科技资源是区域科技资源的优质资源，具有共享特性，能有效促进区域科技资源的优化配置，推进区域创新能力的提升。Based on the DEA analysis method, this article built a comparative performance evaluation model of regional science and technology resources allocation. The empirical research is based on technological resources in cities and prefectures in Hubei. The results show that technological resources of scientific research institutions are high quality resources with sharing property and can effectively promote the optimal allocation of regional technological resources and promote regional innovation capability.
