四种影像学检查方法在颌面部外伤中的应用分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨不同的影像学检查方法在颌面部骨折诊断中的应用。方法:搜集某医院口腔科住院治疗的36例诊断明确并经手术证实的颌面部骨折患者。对4种影像检查结果比较分析,并与手术骨折线对照。结果:下颌骨各部骨折几种影像学检查方法差异有统计学意义,颌骨细微骨折与上颌骨骨折CT三维重组准确率最高,上颌骨骨折口腔曲面体层片显示较差。结论:4种影像学检查对颌面部骨折的诊断均有意义,实际工作中可根据临床需要进行选择,相互之间又可互补以提高骨折显示的准确率。Objective：To investigate the application of four different kinds of imaging examinations in the diagnosis of maxillofacial fractures.Method：Collect 36 cases of patients with maxillofacial fracture who have been not only definitely diagnosed by imaging examinations but also comfirmed by operation in the department of stomatology of our hospital.Comparatively analyse the results of the four imaging examinations and contrast the fracture lines with operation.Result：The four imaging examinations have statistically significant difference in the diagnosis of mandibular fractures.Curved surface panoramic film can clearly show the fracture lines of the various parts of mandible,CT three-dimensional reconstruction has the highest accuracy in the diagnosis of jaw subtle fractures and mandibular fractures,but curved surface panoramic film shows poor in the maxillary fractures.Conclusion：All of the four kinds of imaging examinations have significance in diagnosing the maxillofacial fractures,what kinds of examination can be chosen is according to the clinical need,and they can complement each other in order to improve the accuracy of fracture lines show.
