摘　　要：目的:探讨腰椎退变性侧凸手术治疗的进展。方法:回顾性分析腰椎退变性侧凸手术治疗的指征、手术方式及并发症。结果:腰椎退变性侧凸尚缺乏统一的对手术有指导价值的分类方案,不同的手术方式尚无长期随访的文献报道。结论:腰椎退变性侧凸手术治疗重点在神经减压、稳定脊柱、缓解疼痛及防止畸形进一步加重。手术适应证和手术方法的选择要综合判断,制定出个性化的治疗方案。Objective：To explore the advancement of surgical treatment of lumbar degenerative scoliosis.Methods：To analyze retrospectively the surgical indication,surgical methods and surgical complications.Results：At present,there is no acceptable classification to guide the surgical treatment of lumbar degenerative scoliosis.Long term follow-up had not been found in Different operation mode.Conclusion：The key of surgical treatment of lumbar degenerative scoliosis is decompression,stabilization the spine and lose pain.A thorough analysis should be combined with indication and operation mode.
