摘 要:对人类天然关节润滑机理进行了探讨 ,提出了一种新的关节润滑模型。该模型认为人类天然关节的润滑机理主要为带有挤压效应的弹性流体动力润滑。挤压膜润滑的初始膜厚主要靠反方向的关节载荷作用而形成。无论在x还是z方向滑液的非牛顿特性都对关节的承载能力有重要影响。滑液在关节表面软骨中的流进和流出对关节良好润滑也有非常重要的作用 ,它能在一定程度上抵消端泄影响。另外 ,该模型还认为滑液中透明质酸的浓度随膜厚的减小而增加 ,故滑液粘度随膜厚的减小而增加。在作了一系列假定后 。The lubrication mechanism of natural human joints is discussed in the paper and a new lubrication model is put forward. According to the new lubrication model, the principal lubrication mechanism of natural human joints is elastohydrodynamic lubrication with squeeze effect. The initial squeeze film is formed mainly by negative joint load. Both in x and z direction the non-Newtonian property of synovial fluid has great influence on the loading capacity of joints. The flowing of synovial fluid between articular cartilage and the joint cavity also has important influence on the good lubrication-state of joints. It can counteract the influence of end leakage to some degree. It is also thought to be true that hyaluronic acid concentration increases with decrease of film thickness and that viscosity of synovial fluid increases with decrease of film thickness. Under some suppositions a general lubrication equation of natural human joints is obtained in the paper.
