摘　　要：在高速和重载情况下 ,铁路桥梁需要重新检定其使用状态 ,结合板桥检算系统程序的编制 ,说明了数据库的运用、VisualBasic与Fortran语言的混合编程、报表打印等的技术实现。对程序的正确性 ,用户使用界面的友好性作了必要的说明。最后介绍了程序系统具有结构合理、功能完善、使用方便的特点。In the case of high speed and heavy load, the using conditions of the existing railway bridges need to be rated again. Combined with the programming of the Bridge Rating System, this paper discusses the using of the databases, Fortran/Visual Basic mixed-language programming, printing of the reports, etc. Then the validation of the program and the hospitality of the user interfaces. In the end, the following characters: reasonable structure, full functions, facility in using of the program system are introduced are analysed.
