摘　　要：目的介绍张力带方法治疗PIP关节掌侧骨折脱位的技术，评价其疗效。方法对2004年6月-2011年6月间的10例PIP关节掌侧骨折脱位的患者实施切开复位、张力带固定治疗，随访其远期功能情况，记录关节活动范围，采用TAM评分进行手指的客观运动功能评价．采用VAS评分进行主观满意度评价。结果10例患者均获得6-84个月随访，骨折全部愈合。PIP关节屈曲平均100°（90°～110°），伸直平均2．5°（0°-10°）。按TAM法评分：优6例。良4例．优良率100％。VAS主观满意度9．2分。结论采用张力带法治疗PIP关节掌侧骨折脱位方法简便，结合术后早期功能练习，最终疗效满意。Objective To describe the tension band surgical method of treating PIP joint palmar fracture dislocations, and to evaluate its result. Methods Prom June 2004 to June 2011, ten patients suffered PIP joint palmar fracture dislocations were treated with tension band method.Active exercise started within 7 days postoperatively. The K-wires and steel wire were removed at 8 to 12 weeks. Results All the ten patients were followed-up with a range of 6 to 84 months.Satisfied reduction was obtained and all the fractures healed. According to the TAMs evaluation, the results were excellent in 3 cases, good in 7 cases. The satisfactory and good rate was 100%. Conclusion Using tension band in treatment of PIP fracture dislocation can have satisfactory result, with a simple procedure and good outcome.
