摘　　要：目的报道应用手指皮神经营养血管皮瓣修复末节皮肤缺损的临床疗效。方法根据手指皮神经的解剖特点，采用带指背皮神经及指固有神经背侧支的神经营养血管皮瓣修复手指末节皮肤缺损．并重建感觉37例42指。结果皮瓣全部成活，随访3～18个月，皮瓣质地柔软、弹性好、耐磨；指端饱满，色泽正常，两点辨别觉6～11mm。结论手指皮神经营养血管皮瓣是修复手指末节皮肤缺损的较好方法。Objective To report clinical curative effect of repairing the skin defect of distal phalanx of finger by neurocutaneous vascular flap. Methods According to the skin neural anatomy of fingers,using neurocutaneous vascular flap with the dorsal cutaneous nerve and dorsal branch of proper digital nerve to repair skin defect and rebuild fell of fingers. We reported 37 cases （42 fingers）. Results We followed-up 3~18months, all flap survived, the texture, flexibility, wear-resisting were satisfactory.The flaps＇colour were normal, the 2-point discrimination was 6-11mm. Conclusion It is a good method of repairing skin defect of the distal phalanx of finger that by using neurocutaneous vascular flap.
