手术配合中药熏洗治疗跟骨骨折35例临床分析

摘　　要：目的:本研究对跟骨关节内骨折术后患者采用中药熏洗治疗,并进行疗效比较。方法:2009年12月～2011年2月68例72足跟骨骨折病例,其中男57例60足,女11例12足;随机分为观察组和对照组,2组手术方式相同,观察组术后3周行中药熏洗患足1月,治疗后对2组疗效进行临床评估。结果:平均随访时间为12.4个月(7～16个月),术后全部骨折愈合。按Maryland Foot Score评分系统进行评价,观察组优良率为94.59%,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:切开复位内固定配合中药熏洗治疗跟骨骨折具有固定稳定、安全性好、疗效满意等优点,值得临床推广应用。Objective：To analyze the curative effect of herbal fumigation in treating post-operative patients with calcaneal intra-articular fracture.Methods：All 72 calcaneal fractures of 68 patients were selected from Dec.2009 to Feb.2011,with 57 males（60 feet） and 11 females（12 feet）.The average age was 32.1 years（range from 18 to 58 years）.About 35 cases（37 feet） of them were treated combined operative fixation and herbal fumigation,and the curative effect was evaluated.Results：They were followed up for 12.4 months average（7~16 months）,and all fractures were healing after surgery.The Maryland Foot Score System was used for evaluation.The excellent and good rate was 94.59% in the observation group,which was higher than the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：Combined operative fixation with herbal fumigation for treating calcaneal fracture is worthy for clinical application for its advantages of stable fixation,safety and satisfactory clinical effect.
