摘  要:目的:探索中药外洗配合玻璃酸钠注射治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将符合诊断病人共128例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,2组均64例,治疗组采用中药外洗配合玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射,对照组单纯采用玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射,5周为1个疗程,1个疗程后观察疗效。结果::2组患者在性别、年龄、病程、职业、身高体重比值等方面比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组:治愈22例,显效31例,有效5例,无效6例,总有效率92.19%;对照组治愈12例,显效29例,有效20例,无效13例,总有效率78.13%。结论:治疗结果经统计学处理(P<0.05),治疗组明显优于对照组,说明此法是一种非手术治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的有效的治疗方法,通过临床观察使用此法疗效显著。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of external wash of Chinese herbs combined with sodium hyaluronate injection for treating osteoarthritis of knee joint.Methods:All 128 cases with osteoarthritis of knee joint were randomly divided into treatment and control groups,64 cases in each.The patients of treatment group were treated with external wash of Chinese herbs combined with intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate,and the patients of control group were treated with intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate only,5 weeks for a course.The treatment effects were observed after one course.Results:There was no significant difference in gender,age,duration of disease,occupation,and the ratio of height and weight between the two groups(P0.05).In the treatment group,22 cases were cured,31 cases were markedly effective,5 cases were effective,and 6 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 92.19%.In the control group,12 cases were cured,29 cases were markedly effective,20 cases were effective,and 13 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 78.13%.Conclusion:External wash of Chinese herbs combined with intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate is an effective non-surgical method for treating osteoarthritis of the knee joint.
