摘 要:选择一条既能保运输安全,又能满足经济需要的路线,是危险货物道路运输过程中的重要问题。危险货物道路运输路径优化是解决这一问题的有效方法。在对危险货物道路运输进行系统分析的基础上,根据危险货物运输的特点和广义阻抗函数的定义,建立了危险货物道路运输路段阻抗函数模型;为满足政府要求的运输安全性与运输企业要求的运输经济性,根据Wardrop平衡原理,建立了以UE模型为下层模型的危险货物道路运输路径优化的双层规划模型,通过模拟退火算法和对双层规划模型进行求解;最后,进行了案例研究,证明了模型和算法的有效性。Choosing the route that can ensure the enterprises is an important issue for road transpo transport safety needs and the economic needs of transport rt of dangerous goods. Road transport path optimization of dangerous goods is an effective way to solve this problem. Based on systematic analysis of road transport of dangerous goods, according to the characteristics of transport of dangerous goods and the definition of generalized impedance function, the road impedance function model for road transport of dangerous goods was established. According to the Wardrop balance principle, taken UE model as the lower-level model, the bi- level programming model for road transport route optimization of dangerous goods, which can meet the government's requirement of transport safety and the transport enterprises' requirement of transport economy, was established. The bi-level programming model was solved by simulated annealing algorithm. Finally, a case study was conducted, which proved the validity of the model and algorithm.
