摘  要:该文首先通过电导法和目视法绘制了复配乳化剂、单体溶液和环己烷的三元相图;然后通过动力学研究,分析了反应温度、单体浓度、乳化剂用量和引发剂用量对聚合反应速率和PDADMAC/AM/AA(PDAA)相对分子质量的影响,得到聚合反应的表观活化能为9.84 kJ/mol;并分别得到了聚合速率和相对分子质量的动力学关系式为Rp∝[M]1.05[E]0.21[I]0.35,Mv∝[M]1.18[E]-1.16[I]-0.24。最后通过扫描电镜观察了PDAA反相微乳液粒子形貌及PDAA水溶液粒子形貌。In this paper,first of all,ternary phase diagram of complex emulsifier,monomer solution and cyclohexane was mapped through conductivity method and visual method.Then dynamics research was carried out by analysis of reaction temperature,concentration of monomer,initiator dosage and emulsifier dosage on polymerization rate and relative molecular weight of PDADMAC/AM/AA(PDAA),by which apparent activation energy of polymerization reaction was determined,which was 9.84 kJ/mol.Dynamics relationship for polymerization rate and relative molecular weight were obtained also,which were R p∝[M]1.05[E]0.21[I]0.35 and M v∝[M]1.18[E]-1.16[I]-0.24.Finally,through a scanning electron microscope particle morphology of PDAA reverse micro-emulsion and PDAA solution were observed.
