摘　　要：无论是企事业单位还是行政单位,都离不开一系列的评审活动。经过一段时间对不同评审系统的开发,发现其主要区别在于流程和指标以及最终报表,因此,解决好流程和指标以及灵活的报表,就可以构建一个通用的评审管理系统。本次设计采用.Net WebForm作为应用前台和后台,部分后台采用.Net WinForm+WebServices。The enterprises, institutions and the administrative units cannot be separated from a range of assessment activities. After a period of developing the different evaluation systems, it found that the main difference lied in processes and indicators, as well as the final report. Therefore, if the process and indicators, and flexible reporting are resolved, a common assessment management system can be built, This design uses the .Net WebForm as the application foreground and background, and uses the .Net WinForm ＋ WebServices in part of the background.
