摘　　要：本文通过移动学习相关理论和开发技术的研究,从教学理论、学习理论和教学设计理论三种角度,阐明了移动学习的理论基础,分析了各相关开发技术的优势和缺陷,选取WAP2.0技术对移动学习系统进行研究与设计。This paper researches the theories and development technologies about mobile-learning, and explains the theoretical basis of mobile learning from teaching theory, learning theory and instructional design theories. It analyzes the advantages and disadvantages between development technologies about mobile-learning. We select WAP2.0 for research and design of mobile-learning system.
