摘　　要：源于经济学公平性评价的Lorenz曲线和Gini系数,近年来被广泛应用于评价城乡和区域卫生资源配置的公平性,该方法在医疗卫生这一特殊领域中应用的基本适用条件以及科学性与合理性值得商讨。文章试图从Lorenz曲线和Gini系数应用的横坐标轴等距、医疗卫生资源跨区域交叉利用特征以及按地理配置的公平性分析等基本适用条件角度,探讨该方法在医疗卫生资源配置公平性评价应用中存在问题、原因及策略建议,以供学界共同讨论与思考。Lorenz curve and Gini coefficient method, which originate from economic evaluation of fairness, are widely used to evaluate fairness of medical health resourees allocation of urhan and rural regions. However, the basic conditions for file application, scientificness and rationality of the method in this particular medical health area is worth discussing. From the point of view the basic conditions for the application of equidistant horizontal axis, inter-regional and cross-geographical utilization of medical health resourees and fairness analysis of geographic configuration, the problems, causes and reeommendations of this method＇s application study on fairness of health resource allocation are tried to discussed.
