摘　　要：为了实施绩效管理,全面调动临床科室的积极性、主动性和创造性,不断提高军队医院的核心竞争力;根据医院的总体目标和各层面所要达到的管理目的,建立了一种绩效评价指标体系,并通过组织专家评审和分析历年客观数据相结合的方式来修正指标;测评结果基本满足了医院实施绩效管理的要求;该评价指标体系对军队医院的可持续发展具有一定的导向性。To implement perfomlance management, and to mohilize clinic dept＇s positivity, initiative, and creativity, to raise the hospital＇s core competitive force. An index system on clinic dept＇s performance assessment was built and revised through experts＇ examination comhined with analyzing the hospital＇s actual data of past years. The survey showed it hasically satisfied the request of in/plementing performance management. The index system could lead to the hospital＇s durable development.
