摘 要:聚磷酸钙(calcium polyphosphate,CPP)是具有生物活性、可控生物降解性和适当力学性能的新型骨修复材料。以磷酸二氢钙粉末试剂为起始原料,通过热处理制备了不同晶型及聚合度的CPP,并探讨了热处理制度与晶型转变和聚合度的关系。用X射线衍射分析、热重–差示扫描量热分析、扫描电子显微镜、核磁共振分析等测试手段对制备的粉体的组成、性能及微观结构进行了研究。结果表明:在室温~1 000℃之间,CPP以3种晶型出现,分别为γ-CPP、β-CPP、α-CPP。聚合度的大小主要取决于在400℃附近保温时间的长短,CPP从150℃至1000℃,聚合反应一直在进行,直至形成无定型态,并熔化为玻璃。最佳的热处理工艺是400℃保温6h,然后800℃保温2h。Calcium polyphosphate(CPP),which has outstanding bioactivity,controllable degradability and proper mechanical prop-erty,is a novel material for bone repair.CPP of different crystal forms and polymerization degrees were synthesized by heat treatment using calcium biphosphate as starting material,effects of heat treatment on phase transformation and polymerization degree were also discussed.The effect of the composition,properties and microstructure of CPP were studied by X-ray diffraction,thermogravimet-ric–differential scanning calorimeter,scanning electron microscopy and nuclear magnetic resonance.The results reveal that there were three types of CPP between RT–1 000 ℃,which were γ-CPP,β-CPP and α-CPP.Polymerization degree depended on the heat holding time at 400 ℃,the polymerization reaction of CPP hadn't stopped until it formed amorphous phase and melting into glass from 150 ℃ to 1 000 ℃.The best sample was obtained by being heated at 400 ℃ for 6 h and then heated at 800 ℃ for 2 h.
