摘　　要：介绍了如何使用Ｖｉｓｕａｌ Ｃ＋＋ ６．０来编写类似于Ｍｉｃｒｏｓｏｆｔ Ｉｎｔｅｒｎｅｔ Ｅｘｐｌｏｒｅｒ中具有扁平按钮、把手、文本标签、下拉列表和热点图象等新特点的工具条。This article is aimed at some technological questions of how to use Visual C++ 6.0 to write a CoolBar program which has the characteristic of a flat toolbar and a gripper toolbar and a text label and a drop-down list button and a hot image.
