摘　　要：全球化是大学变革的重要推动力。一方面,全球化会导致各个国家做出同样的反应,从而使各国大学组织趋于相似。另一方面,全球化时代的大学变革依然呈现出地域差异,民族国家的制度环境在塑造大学组织形态方面发挥重要作用。亚洲三所精英理工大学的变革既体现了普适大学模式在全球扩散中导致的制度同构,又体现了大学的新思想、新原则、新实践与地方经验的结合导致的制度转化。大学变革很少是从废除旧制度开始,常常是把旧制度与新理念结合,创造出一种既区别于过去的实践又与过去的实践强烈相似的新制度。Globalization is the important impetus for university reform.On the one hand,globalization may lead to the same response from different countries which makes the university organization in each country nearly the same.On the other hand,the university reform in globalization era still presents regional differences with institutional environment playing an important role in shaping the university organizational form.The reform conducted in three elite universities of science and technologies in Asia not only embodies the institutional isomorphism of universal university model in the globalization,but also reflects that the combination of new ideas,principles,practice with local experience leads to the transformation of institution.University reform has seldom started from the abolition of old system,but always combined old system with new conception to create a new system different from the past experience,but quite similar to it.
