摘 要:为了提高单相有源功率因数校正(Power Factor Corrector,PFC)电路的功率等级并满足谐波电流限度标准IEC 61000-3-2与IEC 61000-3-12,需要采用多级交错PFC结构。在分析了交错PFC的单周期控制、电感电流合成、电流均衡、电压环设计和电流环设计基础上,采用两只RENESAS推出的模拟控制器R2A20104设计和实现了8 kW四级交错的PFC。试验结果表明,四级交错PFC能够满足谐波电流限度标准,可以作为大功率家用空调、通信电源等前级PFC的首选方案,具有功率器件电流应力成倍下降、网侧纹波电流抑制和高性价比等优点,能够提高效率2%以上。In order to raise the power level of single-phase active power factor correctors (PFC) and to meet the requirements of harmonic current limit standards IEC 61000-3-2 and IEC 61000-3-12, a multi-phase interleaved PFC (IPFC) structure should be employed. On the basis of the analyses of one cycle control principle, inductorcurrent synthesis method, current sharing method, voltage loop design and current loop design, an 8 kW four-phase IPFC was designed and implemented by means of two analog controllers R2A20104 developed by RENESAS. The experimental results show that the presented four phase IPFC can satisfy the above harmonic current limit standards,and can be utilized as the front-stages for high power household appliances and communication power supplies, fea- turing degraded current stress for power components, restrained mains side ripple current, high performance-cost ratio, and increases overall efficiency by 2%.
