摘　　要：电子剪报是数字技术条件下图书馆的特色服务之一,其中涉及复杂的著作权问题。文章分析了图书馆剪报资源的著作权性质和权利归属,阐述了剪报资源收集组织、编辑加工、传播利用可能发生的侵权行为,就剪报工作中著作权保护策略提出建议。The electronic clipping is a digital technology under the conditions of the characteristic service of the library, which involves complex issues of copyright. The article analyzes the clippings resources copyright nature and attribution of right, elaborates the clippings collection, edition, propaga- tion, utilization and possible infringement problem in clipping work, and proposes the copyright protection strategies of clipping work.
