摘　　要：纸质文献供应商(以下简称书商)在图书采购招标中扮演着十分关键的角色。图书馆与书商关系模式的良性发展,直接影响着图书馆图书采购工作的最终质量。本文从理解、沟通、协作、共赢、发展等方面探讨图书馆与书商的关系,指出图书馆与书商应在合作中求发展,在博弈中求双赢,实现图书馆馆藏资源的优化与书商利益的提高。Books suppliers play a critical effect in the books purchasing invite bidding of library. The relation between library and books supplier is in a good state, this will affect the quality of library books purchase directly. The article points the relation between library and books supplier from un- derstanding, exchange, cooperation, profit each other and development. Library and books supplier must develop in competition and profit each other in cooperation. They will achieve library resources excellent and increase book supplier interests.
