摘　　要：国家食品安全战略和粮食安全战略具有同等重要性。转基因育种技术创新必须在保障粮食安全的前提下确保食品安全。提高食品安全,亟需推进转基因品种产业化,以此推动校企合作技术创新,取得转基因食品安全研究的重大突破。要制定粮食安全法和转基因食品安全法,监测转基因品种安全指标,确保食品安全。The government should put equal emphasis on the strategy of food safety and the strategy of grain safety. The technological innovation of genetically modified planting should firstly ensure the safety of grain and food. In order to im- prove the safety of food, we must promote the industrialization of genetically modified breeding and strengthen the technolog- ical innovation of school - enterprise cooperation so as to make breakthrough of the research. The laws and regulations con- cerned should be enacted to test the safety index and ensure the food safety.
