摘　　要：合同能源管理是发达国家普遍推行的、运用市场手段促进节能的服务机制,是推广节能技术、推进节能降耗的重要模式。回顾了合同能源管理的起源及国内外发展情况,分析了湖南省在推广合同能源管理机制方面取得的成效和存在的问题,并在此基础上提出了合同能源管理推广对策。Energy Performance Contracting （EPC） is an energy saving service mode through market mechanism, which is an important mode to promote energy saving technology and accelerate energy conservation and consumption reduction. This paper had an overall review on the origin and current status of EPC around the world, and analyzed the performance and ob- stachs for EPC promotion in Hunan Province.
