摘　　要：加快转变经济发展方式是推动海峡西岸经济区科学发展的必由之路。海峡西岸经济区在经济发展方式转变的过程中还存在产业结构不合理、工业仍是主导产业、对经济政策贯彻执行不力、地方之间发展不均衡、缺乏合作机制等问题。海峡西岸经济区统一战线具有其自身优势和资源,可以通过采取联系内外,合力研究调整产业结构的合理方法、民主监督,确保各项经济政策落到实处,协调关系,加强各市间的合作和协同发展等措施来为海西经济发展方式转变服务。To accelerate changing the mode of economic development is the only way to promote the scientific development of Western Shore Economic Zone. In the process of changing the mode of economic development, Western Shore Economic Zone still exits some problems, such as irrational industrial structure, dominated industry, ineffective implementation of e- conomic policies, uneven development between the local, lacks of cooperation mechanisms and so on. Western Shore Eco- nomic Zone＇ s united front has its own strengths and resources. We can take some strategies, for example, contacting inside and outside, studying a reasonable way to adjust the industrial structure together, carrying out supervision democratically, ensuring the implementation of economic policies, coordinating relations, and strengthening the cooperation and joint devel- opment between cities, to accelerate changing the mode of economic development.
